Make sure you've got enough clothing - spares in case you get wet. LAYERS! it gets cold at night so we recommend you bring some jumpers and thick socks. Bring a waterproof coat in case it rains and some appropriate footwear.
Don't forget your toothbrush x
Bring some late night snacks in case you get peckish, the site closes at 3am and re-opens and 9am.
Bring any money you think you'll need - we've got plenty of food units and on site bars, as well as lots of market place stalls. So come prepared :)
Good to have...
Chairs, Duct tape, Wet wipes, Sun cream, A torch or battery powered lamp for your tent, Some extra toilet roll - we've got plenty but it can never hurt to have your own stash.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Glass - no glass is allowed on site, it will be confiscated.
Animals (except registered guide dogs)
Unauthorised Sound systems
Obviously, we're in Wales - so prepare for MEGA sunshine - MEGA rain - MEGA windy.
Make sure you have enough tent pegs to secure your home from home.
Most of the main site is fairly flat, but has a slight incline. There will be track matting down on uneven or muddy parts of the festival ground. Although in adverse weather conditions - the site can become very muddy, making it difficult to get around. We do try our very best to keep everyone moving, but please be aware this is an open air event in a grassy field and we can not guarantee the ground conditions. If you need assistance - any of our on site crew would be happy to help you.
We have disabled toilets on side, anyone needing changing facilities will be given access to the pub toilets on site.
We offer a free carer ticket to anyone that receives middle or higher rate DLA, and they're over the age of 18. The ticket must be pre arranged with us. If you'd like to get in touch regarding this please email us at
These tickets can only be provided with a full priced Adult Ticket. Your carers ticket is provided on the expectation that your carer is able and willing to assist you fully for anything you may need over the duration of the festival, and would be able to help you in the event of an evacuation.
The welfare tents will be placed at the very front of the main site field and in the camping fields – a little out the way from all the hustle and bustle of the main event. It will be housed in a tipi that will be made comfy and cozy with décor. There will be space for people to sit comfortably. Tea, herbal tea, coffee and water will be available as well as some biscuits.
Volunteers with previous experience and qualified first aiders will run the welfare tent. It will also be right next door to the medic unit - should it be needed.
The welfare unit will be the first point of call for anyone needing a sit down/rest or feeling a little over whelmed. It will be a safe space for anyone feeling too intoxicated or that has found themself in a situation they feel uncomfortable about.
Our kids zone will be smack bang in the middle of the main festival field. It will be the home to lots of sparkly magic!!
Including lots of work shops, instruments, circus skills, glitter, henna and face painting.
There will be plenty to keep your little festivalers occupied!
The kids zone will also have a designated lost and found area for any runaways!
